How to get there

Jeonggwan is a new town in Gijang county. Reach it by subway and bus from central Busan, then take a taxi or local bus to the park venue.

The Jeonggwan Ecology Creek Learning Festival runs Friday, October 16 to Sunday, October 18 at Jungang Park and along the Jwanggwang-cheon stream in Jeonggwan-eup, Gijang county. It is the district's learning-and-culture festival.

The program includes nature experiences using the stream, exhibitions by local children, and a content area with around 200 booths, making it family-friendly. Many visitors pair it with a walk along the creek.

The park sits in Jeonggwan's new town. If you visit from central Busan for the day, allow plenty of time for transit and getting around locally.

Most programs are free, though some experiences are ticketed or book in advance. Check the official guide for prices and reservations.
